SNAP Enrollment

COPO assists clients in applying for and maintaining access to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.

Services include:

  • One-on-one application help and recertification assistance
  • Support with EBT card issues, appeals, and HRA communication
  • Multilingual support for non-English speakers
  • Real-time tracking and case documentation via TraxSolution

Health Insurance Enrollment

Through on-site Health Insurance Navigators, COPO helps clients:

Services include:

  • Navigate Medicaid, Essential Plan, and Child Health Plus
  • Resolve medical billing issues and renewals
  • Access preventative care and specialists

Staff ensure that language, literacy, or digital access limitations do not prevent families from getting the coverage they need.

NYC Care Enrollment

NYC Care is a health access program for New Yorkers who are uninsured or ineligible for health insurance.

COPO helps clients:
